How to use up those pretty scraps of paper & ribbon........

I had this idea in my head since I had done this last Christmas.
I finally decided to do it this past week and finish it.

Now we all have a scrap drawer with little bits and pieces that we just cannot throw away because we love the papers.
I went through my scraps and grabbed all the co ordinating pretty little pieces that ranged from 3" to 6" square and made all the flowers.
There is some My Mind's Eye, October Afternoon, Websters Pages and some Basic Grey.
I made the bow from vintage book paper and gesso'd over it so it was firmer and not so soft and fragile as vintage paper can be.

I have another Off The Page that I'm working on, but I can't show you until it's finished. I am waiting on a few pieces to arrive.
Well, I might give you a sneak peek.
Till then,
Happy Creating!!!

Changes to Scrap Therapy and some layouts like I promised.........

Firstly, at the start of the Cybercrop at Scrap Therapy last night, some changes were revealed.
So now, you should have plenty of time to join in on the Cybercrops and get some challenges done.

I've been scrapping through the week, amongst work and the usual runnings of a family.

This first one was a just because. I really wanted to get done the photo of when Montana had her ears pierced..........................................

And this one was another just because. She has had her glasses for about 8/9 weeks now and didn't want to wait to much longer to do this layout..........................

And another just because. I wanted to get these photos down because I love them and love the fact that I was able to capture her first 'babycino' and being a lady of leisure.........................

And this one..........................
well, I'll fill you in shortly.
I will be back with more as I am planning to scrap some more today.
But first I have Lachie's Football Presentation this afternoon for his first season of Football. It's great!!! All the kids that played get a trophy. I think that is a great idea as it keeps their spirits high and confidence.
Lachie is estatic and can't wait.
So I'd better run..........................................

Not much scrapping, just enjoying the sunshine...........

Yes, I haven't been scrapping this week unfortunately and I haven't missed it.
I guess the beautiful sunshine we have been getting has distracted me and kept me outside. Montana has enjoyed being outside again also and playing with all her toys that have been off limits during winter.

Here she is, so proud of herself for sitting on the swing and not falling off when I gently swing it.

I love this time of year because of the blossoms in our garden and in our area. They are so pretty with their mixes of pink and white. It always means to me that warmer weather is coming and the garden will start coming alive with plants, flowers and colour.

I weeded the garden and tidied up the plants.............................

And DH put up the new round trampoline yesterday, with Montana helping................................

So for now there is no scrapping, but there will be soon.
I promise!!
But for now, we are enjoying the warmth of the sunshine and being outside.
Hope you have a great rest of the weekend and hopefully you have nice weather wherever you are.
Oh, and I have a little surprise that I will be able to share in October. It's just been approved and ready to go. Will fill you in when I can.
Till next time.........................
