Buttons, buttons and more buttons................

I received an envelope full of buttons yesterday from KittyRobot.
How gorgeous are they!!!
I won a RAK on their blog and received these buttons from their Etsy shop. I have bought from them before and love their handmade buttons. So I was soooooooo excited when I had won the RAK.

Aussie Scrap Source Week 2 Entry

Here is my entry for week 2 for Aussie Scrap Source. I wasn't real happy with my first week entry, and it's showing by the public votes. But that's ok, I am happier with this one.



The title reads "Siblings know the love without having to say a word."

ST MBM #3

Well Challenge 3 of the Make Believe Masters is up at Scrap Therapy.
I had one idea but had to ditch it because I didn't have a ball of twine or cotton on hand.
So this was my entry with my second idea..............................

There was a lot of cut work and my poor fingers are so sore!

But it was worth it as I am happy with the end result.

I used Prima flowers, vine and pearl swirl, ribbon roses, ribbon, lace and Bazzil cardstock and mini alphas.

Doesn't it bug you when people have secrets and it could take days before they can say anything??
I'm not a very patient person when it's comes to secrets and surprises.

But I'm going to do it!!! Sorry!!!

Method Playground - Envelopes

I've joined in on the fun at Method Playground again.
The criteria is :
Use an envelope or envelopes of any size, color, etc... on your scrapbook page, in whatever way you see fit! They can be functional (holding stuff) or decorative, background or embellishment, office or home, old or new... Just use envelopes!!

Congratulations Girls ~ Let's Get Shabby

OMG!! LET'S GET SHABBY has arrived in Australia with both Australian and International talent.
You have to check out this new blog that some girls I know started. And their work is just stunning. I can vouch for that as I have followed some of their blogs for a while now.
It's fantastic.

Here is my example. It was truly out of my comfort zone, but I had fun doing it.

ST MBM, DT's final challenge, blind scrap and more

Here are some layouts done recently.

This one is my Make Believe Masters Challenge #2 entry. Criteria was a double layout with more than 5 photos. I don't do doubles and this was a real challenge for me, but I am happy with it I think.

This is from a Blind Challenge from ages ago at Scrap Therapy. Just very plain but with a really deep hidden journalling tag tucked away.

Just a page I really wanted to play with. Love the vintage look of this paper and had to scrap a photo of my grandmother on it.
