NVS & Few of My Fave Things.............................

This is the first time I've played over at NVS aka Nerdy Victorious Scrappers.

And here is my layout. I was inspired by the colours of Red, Black, white and the tan/kraft colour. Also the flag bunting and black type.
This was a fun challenge!!
And These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things challenge at the moment is Toy.
Well, I had to do this as I've had the photo sitting there for ages and have been meaning to do it, so this challenge was perfect timing.
It's my son's favourite sleep toy/comforter. Well, second favourite.
He had a little monkey, Mulligan, Mully for short, that was little enough for him to hold when he was 6 months old, but as he got older, we kept losing them as he would throw them out of the pram while shopping. It got too expensive as they were $15 each, so we got this big monkey that was 3 times the size.
He came with the name Sentwali which is traditional for where these monkeys are native. He couldn't say it so he just called him Monkey.
Monkey was never far away from him at any time and as you can see on his belly, there is remnants of glue when my son was pasting one day.
My son is now almost 10 and it's only been 3 years since Monkey doesn't do much with him now at all.
Thanks for looking!!

Happy creating!
