Scrap Therapy's Cybercrop went for a whole week and the entries were due Monday gone. I only had a chance to have a play with the Sketch challenge, which I flipped sideways, and it had to either be inspired by art, favourite artist, or your child's artwork. A very wide scope.
I chose to scrap this photo of Mandy and I when we met again at the Bendigo Retreat in August. She is my all time fave scrapper and I wish that I could scrap half as good as her. Absolutely amazing...........................
I used Websters Pages-Seaside Retreat papers Readers Paradise and Hide and Seek , Prima flowers, Kraft Cardstock, paint and Maya Rd flower trim.
And this was a challenge set by the Scrap Therapy forum where we were only allowed to use Cardstock, newspaper, paint, lace and Prima flowers.
Wow!! What a challenge!!
But I loved it AND I scrapped in purple!!!! {which is something I just NEVER do}
But I did it!!!
Be sure to head over to Scrap Therapy as they have the new My Minds Eye - Fine and Dandy range in store now!!! So cute!!
Happy creating!!

Look what I got...................
My very own Mandy layout!!!!
And isn't it just gorgeous!!
I met up with Mandy at Bendigo for a retreat-ish scrap weekend and asked if she could do a layout for me in her style {because I love it!! Who doesn't!!}
Mandy's title for this photo of my daughter is just perfect as that is how I see her.
I loooooove it!
Thanks Mandy!

Let's Get Shabby entry.................
I've been so busy with everything lately that I haven't had time to play with the challenge blogs, but Let's Get Shabby have a great challenge this month and I had to have a go with the gorgeous inspiration they have given.
My inspiration came from Kitchen 2 with the colours green, yellow and pink I made this............
I've used the criteria and maybe a little hard to see but the chipboard pieces are the little branch on the bottom left of the wreath and the little bird at the top. I glittered these also to make them stand out a little..........................................

So, that's it!
Thanks for looking. I had fun with this challenge.
